You do not need to be present for most maintenance requests. However, if the service requires your presence or involves a personal appointment, our team will contact you in advance to coordinate a convenient time.

Yes! Altis Little Havana has an on-site maintenance team available to promptly address routine maintenance requests and help keep the community in excellent condition.

If an item in your apartment needs repair, simply submit a maintenance request through the Resident App. Our on-site maintenance team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

If you are locked out, please contact the leasing office during business hours for assistance. After hours, call our emergency maintenance line, and a team member will help you regain access to your apartment.

The pool and pool deck are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM for residents and their guests to enjoy.
